Provides around‑the‑clock monitoring of environmental indicators such as temperature, humidity, dew point, dust, smoke detection, and water leakage, ensuring these remain within standard ranges to maintain a stable operating environment for equipment.

Automatically triggers alarms when equipment faults or abnormal parameters are detected, and notifies management personnel via WeChat, SMS, or email for rapid fault location, diagnosis, and response.

Connects to meters for water, electricity, gas, and heating/cooling sources, automatically collecting and categorizing energy consumption data by type. Generates daily, monthly, and annual energy reports and trend curves to support energysaving decisions.

Automatically creates work orders from alarms, assigns responsible personnel, sets processing deadlines, and tracks the entire process to closure. Establishes a standardized alarm → dispatch → handling → acceptance → archiving workflow, improving maintenance efficiency.

Creates electronic equipment records documenting maintenance plans, historical faults, replacement records, and operating parameters, enabling preventive maintenance and reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.

Allows the gateway to send control commands to PLCs, enabling remote start/stop of air conditioners, fans, motors, and other equipment without on‑site operation, improving emergency response speed.

Performs multi‑dimensional analysis of equipment operation data, environmental data, energy consumption data, and alarm data, generating visual charts, trend curves, and comparative analyses to support informed decisionmaking.
