By deploying water conservancy gateway RTUs in both stormwater and sewage drainage networks, the system enables separate monitoring of rainwater and sewage. Rainwater is directly discharged into rivers, while sewage is collected and transported to treatment plants for processing. The system supports remote, real-time monitoring of water quality, flow rate, and equipment status, enabling unattended 24/7 operation. Water conservancy gateway RTUs are deployed at monitoring stations along rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and other water bodies to provide hydrological authorities with real-time access to critical hydrological parameters, including water level, flow rate, velocity, rainfall, evaporation, sediment concentration, ice conditions, soil moisture, and water quality. 3. Smart Irrigation District Information Management System
