The system deploys industrial intelligent gateways to connect to precision air conditioner PLCs, temperature and humidity sensors, flow meters, and other devices, enabling real-time acquisition and edge processing of full-link data. The data is uploaded to the computer room management platform via 5G/4G/WiFi/Ethernet, providing digital support for remote monitoring, intelligent alarming, energy efficiency analysis, and scientific optimization, thereby promoting the development of green and energy-efficient data centers.

Functions Implemented

1. The gateway features rich communication interfaces and protocol parsing capabilities, enabling the collection of parameters such as temperature and humidity, supply/return air temperature, refrigerant pressure, fan speed, valve opening, and operating parameters of water pumps and cooling towers, with edge computing and standardized processing applied.

2. The gateway supports 5G/4G/WiFi/Ethernet and other network access methods to connect to the computer room management platform, thereby enabling energy-saving optimization control. It allows remote control command delivery for chillers, cooling pumps, cooling towers, and air conditioners, improving response capabilities.

3. When equipment failures or abnormal trends are detected, the system immediately triggers the alarm mechanism, pushing alert notifications to relevant personnel via SMS, WeChat, email, and other channels, ensuring timely response and handling of faults.

4. The gateway provides standard API data interfaces, supporting seamless integration with existing computer room power and environmental monitoring systems, building automation systems (BAS), and others, enabling the convergence and coordinated management of cooling data with data from subsystems such as power distribution, security, and fire protection.
