 MQTT is a lightweight messaging transport protocol based on the publish/subscribe model, widely applied in various IoT scenarios and serving as one of the standard protocols for communication between many devices and IoT platforms.

The industrial intelligent gateway introduced by WideIOT is an edge computing gateway that supports diverse device access, data collection, and transmission.

3. Flexible Configuration: The gateway supports flexible configuration methods on a web platform, allowing users to configure parameters according to actual needs, such as collection parameters, parameter frequencies, and upload cycles.

    Users can also configure parameters for accessing the platform.

4. High-Performance Hardware and Software Architecture: The gateway adopts a high-performance hardware and software architecture, supporting data security modes such as L2TP VPN, PPTP VPN, IPSec VPN, OPEN VPN, and Device VPN, effectively ensuring data security.

   

Implemented Functions

1. Data Collection and Transmission: The industrial intelligent gateway collects data from IoT devices, packages it into messages compliant with the MQTT protocol, and sends it to the IoT platform (via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, etc.).

    This enables real-time monitoring of device statuses and process parameters.

2. Data Processing and Analysis: After subscribing to and receiving MQTT messages, the IoT platform parses and processes the data, helping to monitor device operation statuses, predict potential issues, and optimize production processes.

    It can also generate custom reports and visual data, improving decision-making efficiency.

3. Remote Control and Debugging: Via the MQTT protocol, the industrial intelligent gateway can also receive control instructions from the IoT platform, enabling remote start/stop control, remote programming debugging, and remote program uploading and downloading of devices, effectively improving operational efficiency and management levels.
