Solution Overview

To address these issues, WideIOT offers an IoT solution based on industrial smart gateways. By deploying industrial smart gateways in pump room control cabinets and connecting them to PLCs, the system performs data acquisition and edge computing, and connects to cloud platforms or local host systems via 5G/4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet. This enables SCADA monitoring of on-site pumps, valves, and other equipment status, along with automatic alerting, remote control, and remote maintenance capabilities. It also establishes a standardized maintenance workflow—ensuring safe and stable equipment operation and reliable water supply for all mall facilities.

Functions

Real-Time Monitoring and Intelligent Early Warning
Collects real-time operating parameters from equipment in the pump room—such as pump voltage and current, valve open/close status, water pressure, and flow rate—and displays them synchronously on the SCADA platform. When abnormalities occur, alerts are automatically triggered via WeChat, SMS, or email.

Remote Management and Flexible Scheduling
Management personnel can view pump room status and perform remote operations anytime, anywhere via mobile devices or PCs—including remote start/stop control, remote programming and debugging, and remote program upload/download. This improves work efficiency and emergency response capabilities while reducing labor costs.

Data Analytics and Scientific Maintenance
Based on data analytics applications, the system performs comprehensive statistical analysis and trend forecasting on long-term operational data—providing management with accurate, comprehensive data support and decision-making assistance for optimizing maintenance management, ensuring worry-free mall operations.
