System Functions

Data Acquisition – WideIOT industrial smart gateways collect data from pump PLCs, variable frequency drives, water level sensors, flow meters, and other devices, with 5G/4G/Wi-Fi/Ethernet communication capabilities for flexible connectivity.

Fault Alerts – By configuring alarm rules and notification methods, the system rapidly triggers alerts when anomalies—such as abnormal water pressure or water level—are detected, sending notifications via WeChat, SMS, or email.

Remote Operations – Supports remote control of PLCs at distributed sites, including pump start/stop and valve open/close operations. Also enables remote PLC programming, debugging, and program upload/download from anywhere.

Asset Management – Equipment manufacturers can manage and monitor devices across multiple locations from a single platform, quickly accessing device distribution, operational status, alarm logs, and maintenance records for full asset visibility.

Maintenance and Work Order Management – Automatically generates maintenance work orders upon fault detection, with visibility into assigned personnel, processing time, and activity logs—enabling flexible and efficient dispatch of maintenance resources.
