Solution Details

By utilizing the industrial intelligent gateway to collect data from the Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) of road rollers, the system transmits real-time operational conditions of the equipment to a remote monitoring center (WideIOT Cloud, enterprise self-developed cloud, or third-party clouds such as Alibaba, Baidu, Huawei, etc.).This enables users to view data changes and receive fault alarm information, facilitating timely control and management.Simultaneously, it allows for flexible allocation of maintenance work orders and unified management and maintenance of paving equipment across the country, enhancing maintenance efficiency and management levels.

Implemented Functions

1. Real-time Acquisition and Visualization: Obtain real-time locations, travel trajectories, operational statuses, and monitor key operational parameters (e.g., voltage, current, operating temperature) of road rollers, enabling remote visual management of equipment distribution, work progress, and construction quality.

2. Multi-level Alarming: When abnormalities occur in the equipment, the platform automatically triggers multi-level alarms (via WeChat, SMS, email, etc.), pushing information about the faulty equipment, location, and type.It supports remote troubleshooting and PLC program uploading/downloading operations.

Maintenance Work Order Management: Supports automatic generation of maintenance work orders from alarms, enabling closed-loop management of task assignment, process tracking, and result confirmation.It also allows for the formulation and automatic reminders of regular maintenance plans, ensuring full traceability of the maintenance process.

4. Multi-dimensional Data Dashboard: Provides a multi-dimensional data dashboard that centrally displays equipment global distribution, real-time operational monitoring, equipment health status, alarm statistics, and work order completion rates, offering data support for construction scheduling, maintenance management, cost control, and decision-making optimization.
