 By connecting the PLC of a feed pellet cooling and drying machine to the WideIOT industrial smart gateway, real-time collection and data communication of equipment operational parameters can be achieved. The data is then transmitted to cloud platforms or local upper computers via 5G/4G/WIFI/Ethernet, enabling better monitoring of the production process and timely implementation of effective control measures.

System Functions:

1. Data Collection: The gateway accesses the PLC of the feed pellet cooling and drying machine to collect real-time operational data (such as operational status, voltage, current, temperature, humidity, etc.) and transmits it to the monitoring system.

2. Fault Warning: Customizable fault warning rules can be set to promptly notify relevant personnel in case of equipment abnormalities, minimizing production losses.

    Support is provided for notifications via WeChat, SMS, and email.

3. Remote Monitoring: Through smartphones and computers, personnel can monitor the location, operational status, and working parameters of the feed pellet cooling and drying machine in real-time and adjust equipment parameters as needed.

4. Remote Maintenance: Paired with the equipment maintenance express lane, remote programming, debugging, and program uploading/downloading operations on remote PLCs can be performed, improving maintenance efficiency and reducing travel costs.
