The working principle of a bottom-sealing machine typically involves heating the bottom joint of the packaging material to a molten state using heating elements (such as hot knives or hot pressing plates), and then applying mechanical pressure to bond the material—forming a tight seal. These machines are widely used in packaging processes across the food, pharmaceutical, daily necessities, and chemical industries, playing an important role in improving production efficiency, ensuring packaging quality, and reducing labor intensity.
