At the same time, the large area, numerous devices, and complex environment mean that inspection and maintenance of high-mast lights often consume significant time, manpower, and material resources. By connecting each high-mast light control box and camera within the port to WideIOT industrial smart gateways, the system collects real-time data on energy consumption, switch status, voltage, current, and operating hours, and uploads it to a smart port IoT platform—placing the entire port's lighting equipment under centralized management control.
Using smartphones, PCs, tablets, or other smart terminals, management personnel can view the location distribution, operating status, and live surveillance of each high-mast light at any time, and can also remotely control light switching. When on-site equipment faults occur, the system automatically sends alarm notifications via WeChat, SMS, or email to management personnel, enabling rapid fault localization and diagnosis, and dispatch of nearby maintenance staff—saving manpower and resources while improving maintenance efficiency.

The system can also create and assign inspection or maintenance work orders, monitor work order progress, responsible personnel, and work logs, and intervene in a timely manner—establishing an online, visualized, and traceable standardized maintenance workflow. This optimizes the allocation of maintenance resources and ensures timely repair of equipment faults.
