To address these challenges, WideIOT offers an IoT solution based on industrial intelligent gateways. This solution enables enterprises to rapidly build a remote monitoring and operations management system for water treatment facilities, allowing them to stay informed about site equipment status anytime and anywhere, detect process anomalies in a timely manner, and remotely adjust on-site load equipment and key parameters. This ensures that water treatment facilities operate under optimal working conditions, while also providing clear workflows and accurate data support for facility maintenance. The WideIOT industrial intelligent gateway is deployed on-site at treatment stations, connecting to the control systems of water treatment facilities (such as PLCs, industrial PCs, etc.) or sensors via serial ports or network interfaces. The gateway can collect and upload real-time operating parameters to the cloud, and also issue control commands or parameter modification instructions downstream. Acting as a critical bridge between field devices and the cloud, it serves as the core component of this solution.
