At the edge, the gateways collect real-time equipment operating status, alarm codes, and count signals. After performing data cleaning and logical calculations, they transmit standardized OEE core metrics and abnormal events efficiently to the cloud or on-premise MES system using the MQTT protocol. This provides production management with comprehensive and reliable data support.
