PLC Control Station 2: Mainly implements automated control for filtration and backwashing processes in filter tanks, including monitoring parameters such as liquid level, turbidity, and valve status. The industrial smart gateway WG581 interfaces with the controller PLC to enable real-time data acquisition of filter tank water levels, valve switch status, and turbidity, facilitating Ethernet connection to the local monitoring software.
PLC Control Station 3: Achieves centralized control over mud-water process sections such as drainage tanks, sludge discharge tanks, gravity concentration tanks, and flocculation sedimentation tanks, including automatic liquid level control, automatic start-stop of sludge discharge/drainage pumps, and parameter adjustment during the sludge concentration process. The industrial smart gateway WG581 can acquire data on tank liquid levels, pump group status, sludge parameters, and water quality parameters, and connect them to the local monitoring software via Ethernet.
Managers can remotely access the operational status and process parameters of various equipment through the central control room computer, enabling reasonable remote control operations based on the configuration screens and alarm information. This ensures water treatment safety and stable water supply, facilitating the creation of an unmanned water treatment plant, achieving cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and refined management.
