Waste tire pyrolysis equipment is an environmentally friendly device that heats tire fragments to high temperatures, causing them to decompose into oil and gas and other raw materials.

System Features

1. Real-Time Data Acquisition and Transmission: The WideIOT Industrial Smart Gateway connects to PLC devices to acquire various production parameters in real-time and transmits the collected data to a cloud server via wireless communication networks (supporting 5G/4G and other communication methods).

2. Cloud-Based Monitoring and Control Platform: A monitoring platform and data dashboard are established on the cloud server to process and display the collected data, synchronizing it to the data dashboard for real-time monitoring and control management of the production process.

Fault Alarming and Rapid Maintenance Operations: The platform enables quick fault alarming and maintenance operations, allowing users to view and locate diagnostic alarm data, remotely control equipment start/stop, and utilize analysis results for predictive maintenance support, providing strong backing for production management.
